RETURN AND EXCAHNGE POLICY
Any item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date. Simply follow the guidelines below. Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will only be eligible for a store credit. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.
You can return any items within 30 days of ship date for a refund, less the original shipping and handling fees. The refund will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax. Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will only be eligible for a store credit.
Step #1 Call for a Return Authorization # (RA#)
To ensure that your return is processed according to our instructions, please call our customer service department at 1-866-GORILLA for a return authorization number (RA#), and/or provide exchange information. This number will insure that your return is processed correctly and in a timely manner.
Step #2 Care and Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment.
You can exchange any items within 30 days of ship date for an exchange. Exchanges are only valid for another item of equal value. We will send you the requested item and an additional shipping charge will be applied.

To comply with customs import and export regulations, we are required to describe and state the purchase price for your items on international customs and packing slips. We offer international shipping on all of our products. We do not keep a comprehensive list of prohibited items for each country in the world so please check your home countries requirements if you are unsure of the import regulations.
All orders shipped to destinations outside the United States may be inspected by the Border Services Agency/Authority of the destination country and assessed for applicable Customs duties, taxes, and collection fees. All imposed charges must be paid by the recipient prior to the shipment being released. As we have no means to calculate these charges nor control over assessment of Customs duty they are not included in the order total at checkout. All charges are quoted on this website are U.S. dollars ($).
